Welcome Golfers!

The American Heroes Golf Classic takes place on Friday, August 9th, 2024 at Oak Glen Golf Course in Stillwater. Oak Glen is located at 1599 McKusick Road N., Stillwater, MN.

Arrival - Upon arrival, drive up to the bag drop near the lower level of the clubhouse to acquire your bag tag. After you drop off your golf bag and park, please have only 1 member of your team enter the clubhouse in the UPPER level for golfer check-in, scorecard pick up, SuperTicket purchase, and Goodie Bags. Only 1 member from your team is required to check in. The others can proceed to the carts behind the clubhouse.

Morning Round Schedule
6:15-7:00AM – Golfer check-in (please check in by 7:00AM)
7:10 - Opening ceremonies
7:30 - Shotgun Start
12:55 - Lunch served for morning round golfers inside the clubhouse and prizes awarded

Afternoon Round Schedule
11:30AM-12:15PM – Golfer check-in (please check in no later than 12:10)
12:30 - Afternoon Ceremony begins
1:00 - Shotgun start

Evening Schedule | times are approximate based on completion of the golf round
5:00 - Silent Auction Opens
6:00-6:45 – Dinner served
7:30 - Silent Auction Closes, Awards & prizes given; evening program
8:00 - Silent Auction check-out
