The American Heroes Golf Classic takes place on Friday, August 8th, 2025 at Oak Glen Golf Course in Stillwater. If you are planning on having representatives at the event please arrive between 6:30 and 7:00AM to allow you time to set up at your designated hole. Please ask for Kevin Unterreiner (event manager) or Oak Glen course staff to drive you out to your hole. There are 2 shotgun starts - the first one is at 7:30am and the 2nd is at 1:00pm. You are welcome to join everyone at 12:30 for the afternoon ceremony which takes place behind the clubhouse on the patio between the end of the morning round and the beginning of the afternoon round. Please plan on bringing your own provisions (i.e. tent, table, chairs, displays, food, etc.). This event happens rain or shine, so make sure to bring sunscreen, water, snacks, umbrella, etc. We provide a box lunch at 11:30 for sponsors and have volunteers who will deliver it to you if you are working out on the course at that time. No outside alcohol is allowed on the course. The afternoon round typically wraps up between 6:00-6:30pm. Sponsors are welcome to join us for the dinner program as well. Dinner tickets are $30 per person. Thank you for being a big support to this special event!
